If you are under 18 years of age you need to prove your guardian's permission. All false orders are tracked down and reported to the police, and if we have suffered financial damage, we will demand compensation. Once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the order.
When you place your order, it is stated at checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provided when ordering is correct. Please note that you can not change the delivery address afterwards.
PRICES AND PAYMENTEach item is stated with price including VAT (where applicable). In the shopping cart you see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. DELIVERY TIMEDelivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery time for stock items is usually 5-7 working days within Europe. Delivery according to your choice, with PostNord or DHL.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the customer costs for return shipping and handling fee. The handling fee is currently SEK 300.
RETURN AND SHIPPING (The following applies unless otherwise stated in, for example, a campaign.)Our ambition is to provide you with as much information as we can via text, image and sometimes moving material so that you can get as clear a picture of the product(s) as possible. We also hope to be able to answer questions and explain what kind of product you are buying before you order. All to ensure that you get home a product that meets your expectations. Together, we can work to avoid sending goods unnecessarily and thus burden our environment.
DAMAGED GOODSIf a transport damage occurs, you are responsible for reporting the damage to us within a reasonable time. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover the damage. For smooth handling of the case, it is important that you inspect your products carefully immediately when you receive them. Please note that you can not use the damaged product and that you must keep packaging so that the entire package and product can be inspected when we handle the case. Feel free to take pictures of the transport damage if possible and attach in your contact with us.
