TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERS

If you are under 18 years of age you need to prove your guardian's permission. All false orders are tracked down and reported to the police, and if we have suffered financial damage, we will demand compensation. Once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the order.


ADDRESS

When you place your order, it is stated at checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provided when ordering is correct. Please note that you can not change the delivery address afterwards.


PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each item is stated with price including VAT (where applicable). In the shopping cart you see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart, depending on the chosen payment method. Smiling Monkey collaborates with Klarna. Payment is made through Klarna Checkout.


DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is shown at checkout.  Delivery time for stock items is usually 5-7 working days within Europe. Delivery according to your choice, with PostNord or DHL.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge the customer costs for return shipping and handling fee. The handling fee is currently SEK 300.


RETURN AND SHIPPING (The following applies unless otherwise stated in, for example, a campaign.)

Our ambition is to provide you with as much information as we can via text, image and sometimes moving material so that you can get as clear a picture of the product(s) as possible. We also hope to be able to answer questions and explain what kind of product you are buying before you order. All to ensure that you get home a product that meets your expectations. Together, we can work to avoid sending goods unnecessarily and thus burden our environment.


DAMAGED GOODS 

If a transport damage occurs, you are responsible for reporting the damage to us within a reasonable time. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover the damage. For smooth handling of the case, it is important that you inspect your products carefully immediately when you receive them. Please note that you can not use the damaged product and that you must keep packaging so that the entire package and product can be inspected when we handle the case. Feel free to take pictures of the transport damage if possible and attach in your contact with us.


PRINTING ERRORS

We reserve the right to make possible printing errors as well as errors in information and specifications regarding goods in our range. We also reserve the right to price adjustments and reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing.


FORCE MAJEURE 

Both parties shall be exempt from the agreement if its fulfillment is prevented or substantially impeded by a circumstance which the party could not reasonably have mastered or anticipated. The following and similar circumstances shall be deemed to constitute grounds for exemption from the fulfillment of the agreement: fire, war, state of emergency, seizure, currency restrictions, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, strike, lockout, power outages, impediments and delays in deliveries by subcontractors based on a circumstance referred to in this paragraph or other circumstances beyond the control of a party, which impedes the performance of a party to such an extent that it can only be done at an abnormally high cost.


DISPUTE 

The General Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN)) provides a free procedure, which private individuals can use in the event of a dispute. Our policy is to always follow ARN's recommendations.


RETURNS, EXCHANGE & COMPLAINTS (THE FOLLOWING APPLIES UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN, FOR EXAMPLE, A CAMPAIGN.) 

Did it not turn out as you had hoped? Then there is a flexible solution. Of course, you always have a 30-day right of exchange and withdrawal from the time you receive your sleeping bag when you shop with us. Free returns within Sweden if you use the return slip that you received in the package.

RETURN SHIPPING COST (The following applies unless otherwise stated in, for example, a campaign.) 

Sweden: We are happy to send out a new return slip if needed, today it costs SEK 79. Smiling Monkey does not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

International: Any refund will at maximum be the amount that you have paid to Smiling Monkey by Sweden. We will not reimburse any tax or duties paid to local governments. Nor will Smiling Monkey by Sweden reimburse shipping costs that are made for the return shipping.
